Does this bundle include the Instagram stand?
No. The Lite bundle is the Google NFC stand and the wrench keychain only. If you want the Instagram NFC stand for your before-and-after work as well, choose the Vehicle Repair Shop Complete.
What if I cannot find my Google review link?
Use Find my business and pick your garage from the list; we take the review link from Google. If you prefer, switch to Name & address and we find the listing for you and confirm it by email before programming.
Where should the stand live in a garage?
On the service desk or reception counter where customers pay and collect their keys, not out in the bays. The stand is solid acrylic and wipes clean with a damp cloth. The keychain is 3D-printed for a life on a key ring, so it is happy in a pocket, on a hook or in the key fob tray.
Does the Vehicle Repair Shop Starter Lite work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the stand and keychain directly. Older phones use the printed QR code on the stand instead, so nobody is left out.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Tapping an NFC item or scanning the QR code opens your review page in the phone's browser. There is nothing for your customers to install and nothing for you to set up.
Can the keychain open something other than Google reviews?
Yes. By default it opens the same Google review page as the stand. Under Keychain link choose A different link and paste a booking page, WhatsApp, your MOT reminder form or anything else.
Can I change the links later?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your stand and keychain at no cost. If you move premises or change your booking system, the hardware carries on working.
How quickly will it arrive?
Bundles are programmed, tested and dispatched within two to three working days of your order, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK. You receive a tracking link by email.
