How much is the shipping?

    UK customers receive free shipping. For orders going abroad, shipping charges apply.

What is the delivery time for my order?

    Your order will arrive the next working day if shipped with our standard free service. For orders placed by 12pm using the Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked courier service, it will be dispatched the same day.

    Yes! Your businesses are unique, and your cards can be too. After you order, email us how you’d like each card to look. We’ll make sure they perfectly match each business.

How can I keep track of my orders for different locations?

    No worries! When we send your orders, we’ll give you tracking details for each one. This way, you can watch as they make their way to every business, making sure you don’t miss anything.

What if I need to change the link on the card?

    If you need to update or change your link, please email us at info@wisetap.co.uk with the details, and we will assist you.

Do I need to program my WiseTap card?

    No programming required! Your reviews card arrives pre-programmed to link directly to your Google Reviews page or Trustpilot page, so it's ready to use as soon as you receive it.

Can I use WiseTap Card with an iPhone or Android?

    Absolutely! Here’s how:

    • For iPhone users: Position the card or tag against the top back of your device.
    • For Android users: Unlock your phone and place the card or tag at the center back of the device.

    Additionally, for Android users interested in NFC capabilities:

    • Navigate to Settings > Connections > NFC and Contactless Payments. From there, toggle the switch to turn NFC on. This feature may not be enabled by default on all devices.

My WiseTap card isn't working properly. What shall I do?

    If you’re experiencing issues with your card, please email us at info@wisetap.co.uk for support. It’s also important to ensure the NFC settings on your phone are enabled to recognize the card. This is a common step for Samsung and Android users. To enable NFC on Android:

    • Go to Settings > Connections, tap on NFC and Contactless Payments, and toggle the switch to turn NFC on.
