Does this bundle include the Google review stand?
No. The Social Starter is the Instagram NFC stand and the wrench keychain only. If you want the Google review stand on the desk as well, choose the Vehicle Repair Shop Complete.
What does the Instagram stand open?
Your Instagram profile, with the follow button ready. Paste your handle or profile link under Business details and we program the NFC chip and print the QR code to match. If you change handle later, email us and we rewrite it free of charge.
What do garages actually post?
Before-and-after shots of a repair, a clean engine bay, a body panel back to colour, a set of tyres going on, the odd car that arrived on a flatbed. Customers who have just watched you fix their car are the most likely to follow and the most likely to share it when a friend needs a garage.
Does the Vehicle Repair Shop Social Starter work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the stand and keychain directly. Older phones use the printed QR code on the stand instead, so nobody is left out.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Tapping an NFC item or scanning the QR code opens your profile in the phone's browser. There is nothing for your customers to install and nothing for you to set up.
Can the keychain open something other than Instagram?
Yes. By default it opens the same Instagram profile as the stand. Under Keychain link choose A different link and paste a booking page, Google reviews, WhatsApp or anything else.
Can I change the links later?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your stand and keychain at no cost. If you move premises or change your booking system, the hardware carries on working.
How quickly will it arrive?
Bundles are programmed, tested and dispatched within two to three working days of your order, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK. You receive a tracking link by email.
What if it does not work for my garage?
