Order and upload your logo
Upload your logo, pick a wood and a keychain colour and choose a stand or plate. Paste your links, then add to cart.

Approve the proof
Within one working day we email a proof of the engraved card and printed keychains. Ask for changes as often as you like; production starts once you say yes.

We engrave, print and program
Your logo is laser-engraved on the wooden card and 3D printed on all ten keychains. Every NFC chip and QR code is written to your links and tested on iPhone and Android before dispatch.

Personalised kits ship within two to three working days of proof approval by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

What logo file do you need?
A PNG, JPG or SVG up to 10MB. A vector SVG or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest engraving and print. If your file needs a tidy-up, we do it before production and send you a proof.
Will I see a proof before you make it?
Yes. We email a proof of the engraved card and printed keychains within one working day of your order. Production starts once you approve it, so nothing is made that you have not seen.
Can the ten keychains be different colours?
Yes. Pick your main colour in the Personalise panel and note any split, for example five black and five white, in Additional details. We confirm it on the proof.
Stand or plate: which should I pick?
The stand is free-standing acrylic for a counter, desk or reception. The sticky plate is a flat 10 × 10 cm acrylic tile with an adhesive back for tables, bars, doors and walls. Both have NFC and a QR code and cost the same.
Does the Starter Kit Premium work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the card, keychains, stand and plate directly. Older phones use the printed QR code instead, so nobody is left out.
Can each item open a different link?
Yes. Give us the main link for the card, then under Where should a tap go? choose whether the keychains and the stand or plate follow it or open somewhere else, for example your website on the card, Google reviews on the stand and your booking page on the keychains.
Can I change the links later?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your items at no cost. The engraving and printed logo are permanent.
Which woods can I choose for the card?
Every finish of our wooden NFC business card is available; pick it under Your wooden card. Each card is real veneer, so grain and tone vary slightly and no two are identical.
How quickly will it arrive?
Once you approve the proof, engraving, printing and programming take two to three working days, then the kit ships by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK.
What if it does not work for my business?
Every WiseTap bundle is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Because the card and keychains are made with your logo, we ask that you check the proof carefully; if anything arrives faulty or not as proofed, we replace or refund it.
