Both NFC chips and the QR code are written to your links and tested on iPhone and Android before dispatch. Engraving and logo printing happen after you approve the proof.

Which cards and keychains can I choose?
Any NFC card in the store: Google review, Instagram follow, Facebook follow, Trustpilot, WhatsApp or the engraved wooden business card. And any NFC keychain: more than 80 themed designs from coffee cups to scissors to paw prints, or a custom keychain 3D printed with your own logo.
Why does the price change when I pick?
Review and follow cards are one price and themed keychains are one price, so most kits are £27.99. The wooden business card is laser-engraved with your logo and the custom keychain is printed with your logo, so each adds a little. Whatever you pick, the kit costs less than the two items on their own.
Does the Starter Kit Lite work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the card and keychain directly. Older phones use the printed QR code instead, so nobody is left out.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Tapping an NFC item or scanning the QR code opens your link in the phone's browser. There is nothing for your customers to install and nothing for you to set up.
Can the card and keychain open different links?
Yes. Give us the main link for the card, then under Where should a tap go? choose whether the keychain follows it or opens somewhere else, for example Google reviews on the card and your booking page on the keychain.
Can I change the links later?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your card and keychain at no cost.
How quickly will it arrive?
Kits are programmed, tested and dispatched within two to three working days, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK. Engraved or logo-printed items start after you approve the proof.
What if it does not work for my business?
Every WiseTap bundle is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Personalised items are made to your proof, so we ask that you check it carefully; if anything arrives faulty or not as proofed, we replace or refund it.
