Order with your menu, Google and Wi-Fi
Add your restaurant name, menu link and Google listing, then your Wi-Fi network and password. Choose plaque finish, numbering and caption, pick the sign and allergy stand finishes, and add to cart.

We print and program
Each plaque is printed with its QR code and label, your name goes on the sign and the allergy stand, and the Wi-Fi signs carry your network in the code. The stands are programmed to your links and every chip and code is tested on iPhone and Android before dispatch.

What kind of menu link works?
Any web address: an online menu, an ordering page, a PDF, a Linktree or a booking page. Every plaque and the Menu stand open the same link. If the bar and restaurant need different menus, tell us under Additional details and we split them.
Can the plaques say something other than table numbers?
Yes. Choose Custom labels under Table plaques and type one label per line: Table 1 to 16 plus Bar 1, Bar 2, Terrace, Private dining, whatever your floor plan needs. Short words print largest.
How does the Wi-Fi sign work?
The QR code carries your network name, password and security type in the standard Wi-Fi format. Guests scan with their camera and the phone offers to join. The network and password are printed on the sign as well, so anyone can still type it in.
Can I change the allergy notice wording?
Yes. Our standard notice is a heading, two short paragraphs and Thank you, [your restaurant] Team. Pick Our own wording under Allergy notice wording to write your own; about 100 words fits an A5 stand.
What goes on the Open/Closed sign?
WE ARE OPEN on the front and SORRY, WE ARE CLOSED on the back, with your restaurant name printed underneath on both sides. Type it exactly as you want it to appear, up to 40 characters. You see a proof before we print.
What is the difference between Lite, Starter and Premium?
The Restaurant Starter Lite is the two stands only: Google reviews and menu. The Restaurant Starter adds ten QR table plaques and the Open/Closed sign. Will I see a proof before you make it?
Yes. Within one working day of your order we email a proof of the plaques, the sign, the Wi-Fi signs and the allergy stand, together with the links we will program. Production starts once you approve it, so nothing is made that you have not seen.
Does the Restaurant Premium work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every modern phone camera reads the QR codes on the plaques, Wi-Fi signs and stands. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can also tap the stands directly. Nobody needs an app.
What happens when the menu or Wi-Fi password changes?
A new menu at the same link changes nothing; the plaques and stands keep working. If the link itself moves, email us and we reprogram the stands free of charge. A new Wi-Fi password means new signs, which we print at the single-item price.
We have more than 20 tables. Can we add plaques?
Yes. Add a pack of Custom Acrylic QR Table Plaques to the same order in the same finish and we continue the numbering or labels so the set matches. Extra Wi-Fi signs and allergy stands can be added the same way.
How quickly will it arrive?
Premium bundles are printed, programmed and dispatched within three to five working days of proof approval, then sent tracked, free of charge, across the UK. You receive a tracking link by email.
What if it does not work for our restaurant?
Every WiseTap bundle is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Because the plaques, signs and stand are printed for your restaurant, we ask that you check the proof carefully; if anything arrives faulty or not as proofed, we replace or refund it.
