Which plates and keychains can I choose?
Any sticky NFC table plate in the store: Google review in dark, light or colourful, Instagram, Facebook, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor. And any NFC keychain: more than 80 themed designs from coffee cups to scissors to paw prints, or a custom keychain 3D printed with your own logo.
Why does the price change when I pick?
Every plate is the same price and themed keychains are one price, so a kit with a themed keychain is £50. The custom keychain is printed with your logo, so that kit is £65. Whatever you pick, the kit costs less than the two items on their own.
Where does the plate stick and will it come off?
The plate has a strong self-adhesive back that fixes to tables, bars, counters and walls. Clean and dry the spot, peel the backing and press firmly for thirty seconds. It stays put through daily wiping, so customers can tap it without it sliding or falling over.
Does the Plate Kit Lite work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the plate and keychain directly. Older phones use the printed QR code instead, so nobody is left out.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Tapping an NFC item or scanning the QR code opens your link in the phone's browser. There is nothing for your customers to install and nothing for you to set up.
Can the plate and keychain open different links?
Yes. Give us the main link for the plate, then under Where should a tap go? choose whether the keychain follows it or opens somewhere else, for example Google reviews on the plate and your booking page on the keychain.
Can I change the links later?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your plate and keychain at no cost.
How quickly will it arrive?
Kits are programmed, tested and dispatched within two to three working days, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK. Logo-printed keychains start after you approve the proof.
