From order to launch day in four steps
Nothing to install and no app for your customers. Every item in the Brand Launch Premium is personalised, proofed and programmed before it ships.

Order and upload your logo
Type your business name, upload your logo and paste your keychain, Instagram and website links. Pick a wood for the card, add any card details, then add to cart.

Approve the proof
Within one working day we email a prototype of the keychains, both stands and the engraved card. Ask for changes as often as you like; production starts only once you confirm.

We print, engrave and program
Your logo is 3D printed on all 100 keychains and laser-engraved on the wooden card. Every NFC chip and QR code is written to your links and tested on iPhone and Android before dispatch.

What logo file do you need?
A PNG, JPG or SVG up to 10MB. A vector SVG or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest print on the keychains and the sharpest engraving on the card. If your file needs a tidy-up, we do it before production and send you a proof.
Will I see a proof before you make 100 keychains?
Yes, always. We email a proof of the printed keychains, both stands and the engraved card within one working day of your order. Revisions are free, and production starts only after you confirm by email, so nothing is made that you have not approved.
How long does a 100-keychain order take?
Allow five to seven working days from proof approval for printing, engraving, programming and testing, then free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery across the UK. Launching on a fixed date? Put it in the order note and we schedule production around it.
Can the keychains, stands and card open different links?
Yes. The keychains share one link, the Instagram stand opens your profile, the Website stand and the card open your website. Want the keychains split across two links, or a different stand instead of Instagram? Tell us in the order note and we sort it at no extra cost.
Can I change the links after the launch?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your stands and card at no cost. Keychains already handed out keep the original link, so for campaign pages we recommend a link you control, such as a page on your site or a Linktree, that you can repoint yourself.
Does the Brand Launch Premium work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the keychains, stands and card directly. Older phones use the printed QR code on the stands and card instead, so nobody is left out.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Tapping an NFC item or scanning the QR code opens your link in the phone's browser. There is nothing for your customers to install and nothing for you to set up.
Can I order more than 100 keychains?
Yes. Add a note with the quantity you need and we quote the extra keychains at the bundle rate, printed in the same run so every piece matches.
What if it does not work for my business?
Every WiseTap bundle is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Because the keychains and card are made with your logo, we ask that you check the proof carefully; if anything arrives faulty or not as proofed, we replace or refund it.
