How it works
From order to first review in four steps
Nothing to install and no app for your clients. Every item in the Beauty Salon Complete is personalised and programmed before it ships.

Order with your salon details
Type the name that goes on the sign and the mirror, find your business on Google so we have the review link, add your Instagram handle, pick your finishes. Choose where the keychain should point, then add to cart.

We print and program
Your name is printed on both sides of the sign. Your name or logo is cut in 3 mm acrylic and bonded to the back of the mirror. The Google stand, Instagram stand and keychain NFC chips and QR codes are written to your links and tested on iPhone and Android before dispatch.

What goes on the sign?
The crossed lipstick and compact, COME IN, WE'RE OPEN on the front and SORRY, WE ARE CLOSED on the back, with your business name printed underneath on both sides. Type it exactly as you want it to appear, up to 40 characters. You see a proof before we print.
What goes on the mirror?
Either your business name in raised 3 mm acrylic lettering, or your logo cut in acrylic and bonded to the back. Choose under Mirror preferences; for a logo, upload a PNG, JPG or SVG and we send a proof before cutting. Black, white or pink glossy.
Will I see a proof before you make it?
Yes. We email a proof of every printed item together with the links we will program within one working day of your order. Production starts once you approve it, so nothing is made that you have not seen.
What if I cannot find my Google review link?
Use Find my business and pick your salon from the list; we take the review link from Google. If you prefer, switch to Name & address and we find the listing for you and confirm it by email before programming.
What does the Instagram stand open?
Your Instagram profile, with the follow button ready. Paste your handle or profile link under Business details and we program the NFC chip and print the QR code to match. If you change handle later, email us and we rewrite it free of charge.
Does the Beauty Salon Complete work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the stand and keychain directly. Older phones use the printed QR code on the stand instead, so nobody is left out.
Do my clients need an app?
No. Tapping an NFC item or scanning the QR code opens your review page in the phone's browser. There is nothing for your clients to install and nothing for you to set up.
Can the keychain open something other than Google reviews?
Yes. By default it opens the same Google review page as the stand. Under Keychain link choose A different link and paste a booking page, Instagram, WhatsApp or anything else.
Can I change the links later?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your stands and keychain at no cost. If you move salon or change your booking system, the hardware carries on working.
How does the sign hang?
On a clear cord through two tabs at the top, with a suction cup for glass doors included. The sign is a circle about 20 cm across in glossy acrylic, black, white or pink, printed on both sides so it reads correctly whichever way it faces.
How quickly will it arrive?
Personalised bundles are printed, programmed and dispatched within two to three working days of proof approval, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK. You receive a tracking link by email.
What if it does not work for my salon?
