Find your business on Google so we have the review link and add your Instagram handle. Choose where the keychain should point, then add to cart.

What if I cannot find my Google review link?
Use Find my business and pick your bakery from the list; we take the review link from Google. If you prefer, switch to Name & address and we find the listing for you and confirm it by email before programming.
What does the Instagram stand open?
Your Instagram profile, with the follow button ready. Paste your handle or profile link under Business details and we program the NFC chip and print the QR code to match. If you change handle later, email us and we rewrite it free of charge.
Why two stands instead of one?
Because they do different jobs in different spots. The Google stand sits by the till, where a customer who has just paid is most likely to leave a review. The Instagram stand sits by the counter display, where people are already looking at the bakes you post. One stand doing both would mean a menu screen and a second tap, so we keep each one to a single link.
Does the Bakery Complete work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the stands and keychain directly. Older phones use the printed QR code on each stand instead, so nobody is left out.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Tapping an NFC item or scanning the QR code opens your review page or profile in the phone's browser. There is nothing for your customers to install and nothing for you to set up.
Can the keychain open something other than Google reviews?
Yes. By default it opens the same Google review page as the stand. Under Keychain link choose A different link and paste your online ordering page, Instagram, WhatsApp or anything else.
Will flour and sticky fingers affect it?
No. The stands are solid acrylic with the chip sealed inside and the keychain is a sealed 3D print, so everything wipes clean with a damp cloth. There are no buttons, batteries or openings, and the NFC chips keep working behind a light dusting of flour or icing sugar.
Can I change the links later?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your stands and keychain at no cost. If you move premises or change your ordering system, the hardware carries on working.
How quickly will it arrive?
Programmed bundles are written, tested and dispatched within two to three working days of your order, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK. You receive a tracking link by email.
What if it does not work for my bakery?
