On the counter at checkout. Google reviews by default, or Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, your website or menu; a tap or scan opens it while the visit is still fresh.
Next to the till. Answers "do you take card?" before anyone asks, in your name.
Where people wait. One scan connects them, so you stop spelling the password out loud.

How it works
Nothing to install and no app for your customers. Every piece in the New Business Opening Kit is personalised and checked before it ships.
Type your business name and opening hours, find your business on Google, add your Wi-Fi network and password, tick the payment methods you take and pick your trade for the door sign. Then add to cart.
We email a proof of all five signs. Check the hours and spelling, ask for any changes, and reply to confirm. Nothing is made until you do.
Each sign is cut and printed in glossy acrylic. The stand's NFC chip and QR code are written to your chosen page and the Wi-Fi QR code is tested on iPhone and Android before dispatch.
Ships within three working days of proof approval by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Standoffs for the hours sign and a cord for the door sign are in the box.
Hours change? Email us the new times and we print a replacement hours panel at cost. The Google link can be reprogrammed free of charge.
Questions
Straight answers before you order. Anything else, we reply within one working day.
Ask us a questionYes. We email a proof of all five pieces within one working day of your order. Production starts once you approve it, so a typo in your hours never makes it onto acrylic.
Email us the new times and we print a replacement hours panel at cost, usually a few pounds plus postage. The standoffs stay on the wall; you swap the panel.
The stand has an NFC chip and a QR code, both programmed to your Google review form by default. Under Choose your NFC stand you can swap it for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Website or Menu at the same price. Customers hold their phone near it or scan the code and the page opens in about three seconds. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC works; older phones use the QR code.
Use a guest network if your router offers one, so customers never touch the network your till or computers use. The QR code encodes the network name and password in the standard Wi-Fi format that iPhone and Android read natively.
Yes. Pick the closest design and tell us your trade under Additional details. We swap the icon for one that fits and show it on the proof before anything is made.
The hours sign comes with four steel standoffs and wall plugs for a floating finish. The door sign hangs on the supplied cord from a hook or suction cup. The NFC stand, payments sign and Wi-Fi sign stand on their own on a counter.
Kits are printed, programmed and dispatched within three working days of proof approval, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK. You receive a tracking link by email.
Every WiseTap bundle is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Because the signs are made with your name and hours, we ask that you check the proof carefully; if anything arrives faulty or not as proofed, we replace or refund it.
