Nothing to install and no app for your contacts. Every item in the Business Owner Essentials is personalised and programmed before it ships.

Order and upload your logo
Type your business name, upload your logo, paste your website link and pick a wood for the card in the Personalise panel. Add any card details you want engraved, then add to cart.

We engrave, print and program
Your logo is laser-engraved on the wooden card and 3D printed on both keychains. Every NFC chip and QR code is written to your links and tested on iPhone and Android before dispatch.

Personalised bundles ship within two to three working days by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

What logo file do you need?
A PNG, JPG or SVG up to 10MB. A vector SVG or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest engraving and print. If your file needs a tidy-up, we do it before production and send you a proof.
Will I see a proof before you make it?
Yes. We email a proof of the engraved card and printed keychains within one working day of your order. Production starts once you approve it, so nothing is made that you have not seen.
Does the Business Owner Essentials work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onwards and every Android phone with NFC can tap the card, keychains and stand directly. Older phones use the printed QR code instead, so nobody is left out.
Do my contacts need an app?
No. Tapping an NFC item or scanning the QR code opens your website in the phone's browser. There is nothing for your contacts to install and nothing for you to set up.
Can the keychains and stand open different links?
Yes. By default everything opens your website link. Under Keychain personalisation you can send the keychains somewhere else, and under Choose your NFC stand you pick the stand itself: Website, Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or Menu, each programmed to the matching link.
Can I change the links later?
Yes. The NFC chips are rewritable. Email us the new link and we update your card, keychains and stand at no cost. If you rebrand or move your site, the hardware carries on working.
Which woods can I choose for the card?
Bamboo, Dark Walnut, Beech or Maple, the same four as the Personalised Bamboo NFC Business Card. The card is standard credit-card size and the engraving is permanent, so it does not rub off like print.
How quickly will it arrive?
Personalised bundles are engraved, printed, programmed and dispatched within two to three working days of proof approval, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge across the UK. You receive a tracking link by email.
What if it does not work for my business?
Every WiseTap bundle is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Because the card and keychains are made with your logo, we ask that you check the proof carefully; if anything arrives faulty or not as proofed, we replace or refund it.
